What is the New Neighbor Project?
WE WANT TO PROVIDE A VOICE.
The New Neighbor Project is a 501(c)(3) non profit organization that provides support to our immigrant neighbors through donation based ESL, Citizenship and HISET classes as well as Citizenship application assistance and scholarship opportunities to help provide a holistic pathway to citizenship for people in our community.

TULANE TUTORING IS MOVING
Our Tulane tutoring class on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6:00-8:00pm is moving from Newcomb Hall to Tulane Library. Join us for drop-in ESL tutoring sessions!
NEW ORLEANS EAST CLASSES RESUME ON WEDNESDAYS
Our Beginner 1 ESL Classes at the New Orleans East Library have resumed! They now Wednesdays at 5:30pm.
IN-PERSON CITIZENSHIP CLASSES
Our online Citizenship classes are on hold as we roll out new in-person citizenship classes every Tuesday from 5:30p-6:30pm at Jefferson Parish Rosedale Library!
