The New Neighbor Project is a 501(c)(3) non profit organization that provides support to our immigrant neighbors through donation based ESL, Citizenship and HISET classes as well as Citizenship application assistance and scholarship opportunities to help provide a holistic pathway to citizenship for people in our community.

What’s New?
Want to strengthen your English and build tech skills for your job or your own business? This intermediate English class is for English Language Learners (ELLs) who want to improve their conversation, reading, and writing while learning everyday Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools. Each session blends English practice with hands-on technology skills for work and daily life.
The class also supports you in earning a beginner-level AI Certificate. Several companies, including Google, OpenAI, and Anthropic, offer certificate programs, and you can add your certificate to your resume as proof of both your English and digital skills.
We will work with a range of AI tools, including ChatGPT, Claude, Google Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, Grok, and Meta AI, so you can compare them and choose what works for you. In every session, you will hold conversations with classmates, read together, and write in English at your own pace.
